Our newest creation is a result of a year long effort to bring together elements of a few hard and semi-hard cheeses. We made changes to render this cheese to stretch when grilled or cooked. A Natural Rind Cheese, it goes great with wines as also grilled in sandwiches. We simply like to have it the way it is. This is a variant of the popular Formaggio º8T.
All cheeses are made with vegetable rennet, milk and have no other additives
