A fresh cheese mixed with herbs made occasionally and on order as well. Because of the shelf life (or the shortness of it), we make limited batches of this fresh cheese and serve it in 100g cups. The herbal mix can be Dill, Parsley, Garlic and so on. Very creamy and very good for your spreads.
All cheeses are made with vegetable rennet, milk and have no other additives
